This night vision monocular allows children to observe subjects in near-complete darkness. Using the same type of infrared LEDs found in home security cameras, it has two 5-LED clusters arranged on either side of the objective lens that illuminate subjects up to 50' away without detection, ideal for nighttime spying on an enemy treehouse or identifying a pet's favorite nocturnal patrol routine. One switch boosts power to the LEDs for more infrared light generation while another flips from night mode to day mode--the monocular can also be used as a daytime spy scope.
