This is the slow-drip coffee brewer that produces smooth, full-bodied coffee with 65% less acidity. Unlike hot coffee brewers that release acid during brewing, resulting in bitter-tasting coffee, this three-stage cold brewer uses ice water to extract a concentrated brew that maintains coffee’s natural flavor. Ice water in the hand blown 33-oz. top basin drips into the middle cylinder that contains your preferred ground beans and through a permanent ceramic filter, finally collecting as a concentrated coffee extract in the bottom 32-oz. glass flask. A brass nozzle at the top of the handmade rubber wood tower adjusts the speed of the drip cycle from three to eight hours for varying levels of customized flavor concentration. The coffee can be refrigerated for up to two weeks and maintains its rich, bitter-free taste when heated in a microwave. Glass components are microwave and dishwasher safe.
