Influenced by the meat-smoking techniques of 19th century immigrants from Germany and Czechoslovakia who settled in the lone star state, Texas barbecue has become synonymous with hickory smoked brisket, ribs, and sausage. The 5-6 lbs. cut arrives fully cooked and ready to warm and serve. Serves up to 10 people.
