Available only from Hammacher Schlemmer, this is the mac and cheese sampler that combines locally crafted pasta with four different premium seafoods. A gourmet twist on the classic comfort fare, each dish is made from a 67-year-old company in the Pacific Northwest. Made with penne pasta and a four-cheese sauce, the collection includes one platter that features smoked salmon, one that contains smoked scallops, one that has Dungeness crab meat, and one that features 1/4 lb. of shrimp. The four dishes can be enjoyed as entrees, served as side dishes, or plated as holiday hors d’oeuvres. Includes four 1 lb. trays (one of each variety).
